Returns and Exchanges
If you require to cancel or make any changes to your order, please do so within 24 hours of your purchase. This is because we make all our products to order and place them into a production queue shortly after this initial 24 hours processing period.
For defective products - we simply require a photo, taken within 5 days of receiving your item(s)
IMPORTANT: As we are a small growing brand we don’t hold inventory. This means all our products are hand made just for you.
So because of this we offer store credits for any exchange requests that will allow you to make a new order for an alternative size or product
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If 30 days have passed since you made your order we will, unfortunately, not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.
